How to Book & What to Expect

Booking your notary service with 247 NYC Mobile Notary is quick, professional, and tailored to your specific needs. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Submit the Booking Request Form

Click the “Book A Mobile Notary” or "Request a Service" button and complete our short intake form.

 

You’ll be able to:

  • Choose the services you need

  • Share your location and contact details

  • Add any notes or time preferences

📌 If you’re unsure which service to select, don’t worry, we’ll guide you once we receive your request.

Step 2: Review & Confirmation

 

Once we receive your form:

  • We’ll review your request for availability and service details

  • You’ll receive a follow-up email or call to confirm the appointment

Step 3: Secure with Deposit

 

After confirmation:

  • You’ll receive an invoice with a 50% deposit requirement to secure your time

  • Payment must be made within 2 hours of receiving the invoice

 

✅ Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
