Whether you're signing an affidavit, verification form, or a simple authorization letter, we ensure your documents are executed properly the first time. No rushed jobs. No confusion. Just clear communication and a smooth experience from start to finish.


We do not offer loan signings or structured document packages under this service. If you're unsure which service is right for your needs, we're happy to guide you.


What the service fee includes:

-Up to 30 minutes of Notary on-site

-Local travel within The Bronx

-One location (hospital, residence, business, etc.)

-Professional handling of basic documents such as affidavits, permission forms, acknowledgments, or identity verification


Additional fees may apply for:

-Extra notarized signatures

-Extended wait time

-After-hours or urgent appointments

-Printing or courier services

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At 247 NYC Mobile Notary, we’re committed to providing prompt, professional, and secure mobile notarial services across New York City and Long Island. To ensure a smooth and transparent process for all clients, the following booking and cancellation policies apply to all scheduled appointments.


Booking Requirements
  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling form.

  • Once your request is received, our scheduling team will review and confirm availability.

  • Upon confirmation, you will receive a payment link via email to complete your service fee.

  • Full payment is due upon confirmation and must be completed prior to your appointment start time.

  • Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Clients acknowledge and agree that no notarizations will be performed unless payment is received or successfully processed in full.
By scheduling with us, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and No Pay = No Stamp Policy.


Additional Services and Fees

If services are rendered outside of what was originally scheduled (e.g., additional notarizations, scanbacks, courier delivery, or witness support), those fees may be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to document release or service completion.


Cancellations


General Notary Services

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancellations are accepted with no penalty.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the full service amount may apply.

Specialty Services (Loan Signings, POAs, Structured Settlements, etc.)

  • 48+ hours notice: Cancellations are accepted with no penalty.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the full service amount may apply.

No Shows

Clients who are unavailable at the scheduled time and location — including failure to provide valid ID, incomplete documentation, or lack of required witnesses — will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full service fee will be charged.


Refusal to Sign

If the client or signer refuses to proceed for reasons beyond the notary’s control (e.g., personal hesitation, disagreement, or unreadiness), the full service fee or a minimum of 50% may be charged at the sole discretion of 247 NYC Mobile Notary.
